At present, Flyders, s.r.o.<\/strong> is in the process of obtaining ATO certification<\/strong> from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic (CAA CZ)<\/strong>.

Our primary focus will be on theoretical training courses<\/strong>, ranging from LAPL to ATPL<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why did we decide to take this step?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We have clear indicators from real-world practice that the theoretical training provided by most flight schools is insufficient<\/strong>. We\u2019re not saying it\u2019s necessarily bad\u2014but it could be taught much better<\/strong>.
The key is to build an excellent team of instructors<\/strong>, dedicate enough time to students<\/strong>, and provide them with the best study materials available on the market<\/strong>.
Since Flyders focuses primarily on theoretical instruction<\/strong>, we can offer students ample time for lectures and consultations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What study materials will we use?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From experience, we know that study materials matter<\/strong>.
Our goal is not to produce \u201cclickers\u201d<\/strong>\u2014students who just memorize answers for exams.
We care about true understanding<\/strong>, and we want to dedicate as much time as necessary to ensure that our students master the subject matter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this reason, we have chosen Padpilot<\/strong> study materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Padpilot books are used in other schools as well (some of them on our recommendation).
However, what you won\u2019t find elsewhere are our own custom-developed lesson materials<\/strong>, designed to focus both on EASA requirements<\/strong> and on the specific professional focus<\/strong> of our students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can a student use Flyders services even if they\u2019re already studying somewhere else?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Of course!<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re happy to welcome anyone who needs a consultation, help with calculations, or support with other study-related challenges.
In the near future, we\u2019ll also open a well-equipped study room, where students will be able to discuss topics together, use additional study resources, and interact with instructors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to ensure that graduates of our courses receive more than just the ability to pass the CAA exams<\/strong>.
We want every Flyders ATO graduate<\/strong> to be highly employable in practice<\/strong> and confident during airline selection processes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some information can only be learned from us<\/strong>\u2014no one else teaches these topics in such depth.
