At present, Flyders, s.r.o. is in the process of obtaining ATO certification from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic (CAA CZ).

Our primary focus will be on theoretical training courses, ranging from LAPL to ATPL.

Why did we decide to take this step?

We have clear indicators from real-world practice that the theoretical training provided by most flight schools is insufficient. We’re not saying it’s necessarily bad—but it could be taught much better.
The key is to build an excellent team of instructors, dedicate enough time to students, and provide them with the best study materials available on the market.
Since Flyders focuses primarily on theoretical instruction, we can offer students ample time for lectures and consultations.

What study materials will we use?

From experience, we know that study materials matter.
Our goal is not to produce “clickers”—students who just memorize answers for exams.
We care about true understanding, and we want to dedicate as much time as necessary to ensure that our students master the subject matter.

For this reason, we have chosen Padpilot study materials.

Padpilot books are used in other schools as well (some of them on our recommendation).
However, what you won’t find elsewhere are our own custom-developed lesson materials, designed to focus both on EASA requirements and on the specific professional focus of our students.

Can a student use Flyders services even if they’re already studying somewhere else?

Of course!

We’re happy to welcome anyone who needs a consultation, help with calculations, or support with other study-related challenges.
In the near future, we’ll also open a well-equipped study room, where students will be able to discuss topics together, use additional study resources, and interact with instructors.

Our goal is to ensure that graduates of our courses receive more than just the ability to pass the CAA exams.
We want every Flyders ATO graduate to be highly employable in practice and confident during airline selection processes.

Some information can only be learned from us—no one else teaches these topics in such depth.
